Terms & Conditions

1. Before submitting your order, please ensure that your name, address, contact details and delivery requirements are correct along with any additional supporting instructions. We cannot be responsible for any such errors which may result in the late delivery of your product. 

2. Deliveries are only made within a 13 mile radius of YO60 6SX. 

3. FREE delivery is available on all orders over £20.

4. All orders must be made and paid for online unless otherwise agreed.

5. Whilst you can suggest suitable delivery dates/times when placing your order, slots will be confirmed and agreed upon receipt of payment.

6. Deliveries can be made whilst stocks are available. In the case that your chosen product is not available, we will advise you of it's next availability or offer you a full refund if this is your preference.

7. After any failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods will be retained and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

8. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. Such reasons might include accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible.

10. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase from Everything But The Pet, please notify us by contacting us via email enquiries@everythingbutthepet.co.uk or by telephone 01347 878 619. Keep all packaging so that we may return the products to the manufacturer where appropriate.

 

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
