Payment Methods

1. Online orders require payment in order to process the order. We use the STRIPE platform, this accepts payments via debit card and Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Email receipts will be sent to you showing as Everything But The Pet on your bank statement.

2. STRIPE is a safe & secure online payment platform. With prevention in place against fraud, the system is sensitive to any mis-matching data. It is therefore essential that all data is entered correctly when making a transaction.

3. Payment in person can be made using cash, cheque, debit or credit card. We use SQUARE PAY to accept debit or credit card payments in person with a minimum spend of £10. Chip and pin or contactless methods are accepted. Receipts will be issued at the time of payment.
